Here's a fbulous, lightweight but chunky bib necklace dating from the 1980s. It has a beautiful fan of alternating pieces of gold-tone metal interspersed with square-cut sticks of grey-veined white marble. These feel cold to the touch indicating that they are real stone rather than acrylic. The front bib section measures 8 cms wide at the widest point (3 1/8") & the longest marble stick measures 5.2cms (just over 2") & the whole necklace measures around 45 cms long, (17 3/4") & sits just below base of your throat. There is no signature on this, but it does feel like a good quality piece, Although the chain is very lightweight, the central bib is just lovely & feels quite substantial This is a great piece of typical late 1980s/early 1990s design - a very beautiful necklace that will go with just about everything you own - a real classic 80s piece !!
