Circa 1970s ceramic vase. White with colour artwork of a thatched cottage, flower garden, & birds in the sky, to one side of the vase, & a smaller version of the cottage & garden on the opposite side. Cylindrical shape flaring out slightly to the top edge. The top edge has three dip shapes which each correspond with a tapered shape & groove down the sides of the vase. Backstamp underneath. Made in England by Kingston Pottery, Hull. Very good condition. Minor light crazing in parts. Tiny dimple under the top edge, from manufacture. Inside very clean & looks unused. Minor standing marks on the underneath. Height 8 2/10 inches, 21cm. External diameter of top 9.6cm, 3 8/10 inches. Visit our shop for more vintage pottery & other collectables.
