Age of Item: Circa 1970s, in the Regency style. Item type: Stem vase. Material: Porcelain. Maker: La Reine, Limoges, made in France. Colour / Design: Maroon with gold top & bottom edge. White inside & underneath. Fancy gold floral/leaf pattern to back. Colour illustration in a white ovoid shape to the front with fancy gold pattern around the edge. The scene is a courting couple sitting outdoors with grass, trees & flowers, by Fragonard. The vase has a curved bulbous lower body, slender neck, & flared top edge, Circular top & bottom edges. Size: Height 8 inches, 20.2cm. External width of top 4cm, about 1 6/10 inches. Max width of body about 7.3cm, 2 7/8 inches. Internal width of neck about 1.6cm, 5/8 inch. Condition: The front is excellent. Slight wear to gold colour top rim. The back has a tiny white spot of wear on one of the leaves, & slight fading of the gold pattern, but nothing major.
