Age of item: 1930s. Item type: Bowl (or wide opening vase). Material: Glass. Maker: Unknown. No name. Colour/pattern: Amber colour (rich yellow-orange) glass. Boat shape. Oval-ish top edge with gently pointed wavy shapes to rim. Moulded lines, with slightly concave surfaces, down the sides of the bowl. Bowl sides curve inwards to the base. The base has the same (very) gentle pointed shapes around the edge, a slight ridge above the base, & a radial pressed pattern on the bottom (star or flower shape). External size/dimension: Length 28cm. Width (front to back) 14.5cm. Height about 9cm. Condition: A few small nibbles on the bottom/underneath edge of the bowl. Couple of tiny fleabites on the top edge. Otherwise all very good & a lovely, stylish item. A few small air bubbles inside the glass, from manufacture. UK postage only for this item.
