Totally fun animated Witch Halloween mirror decoration by Gemmy Industries Corp. Here are the details: - It is in working condition - It is made of plastic .. not heavy - It measures 12'' x 15'' - Hang on the wall or sit it on a flat surface. - Battery operated (not included) - There is an On & Off switch - There are a few scuff marks on the mirror or it was made to look that way. I don't think the mirror is actually a mirror. - There are two ways to activate the animation 1 - press the button in front of the mirror. This is the best option to use when it is pitch black because sensor will not detect motion in the dark. You will see the witch better in the dark. 2 - walk pass the motion sensor. As mentioned above, the sensor works better when there is a bit of lighting. You will see the witch but if there is a lot of lightning, you pretty much only see her red eyes. So what does it do?
