Description
This is a useful cabinet which dates to the late 20th century. Made of Mdf & mixed woods this piece is ideal for use in a lounge, bedroom or office, perfect for use as a media cabinet or tv stand or perhaps for storing paperwork. The cabinet is heavy, solid & well made with two panelled doors to the front which open to reveal a thick removable shelf. The doors are finished with brass metal knobs set on decorative back plates. The cabinet is set on turned bun feet to the front & block feet to the back. I have hand painted the cabinet in my own mix of water based black paint before distressing the finish for an aged look. The paintwork is solid colour & has been waxed for protection, the finish has a nice sheen. CONDITION The cabinet is in good structural condition with minor cosmetic marks of age & use. The right hand handle back plate has been repaired. MEASUREMENTS height - 78cms width - 93cms depth- 43cms lower shelf measures 31.5cms high, top shelf measures 33cms high shelf width 83.5cms wide, shelf depth 35cms. The measurements are taken at the widest points.
