Description
This is a handsome little cabinet which dates to the Edwardian era. Perfect for use as a filing cabinet this piece is quite compact & designed to be used floor standing, it has small wooden castors to the base to allow it to be wheeled about. The cabinet is made of solid mahogany & has a single panelled door to the front which opens to reveal narrow shelves with cut aways to the front. The door is lockable & has a Hobbs & Co lock, the key is present. The door has warped a little over time so just needs a gentle push near the bottom to allow the lock to close. The wood has a polished finish which has worn over the years giving it a nicely aged look.
