Very bright & beautiful Art Nouveau handled ceramic bowl, circa 1920s. Ideal for decorating the hallway as a container for storing small items (in French this item is called free your pocket). It can also be displayed in a window as an art object of the Art Nouveau era. There is a small chip of ceramics on the left edge of the plate (seen in the photo). in general, it does not greatly spoil the impression of this beautiful product.
