Compact sideboard designed by Harald Honkanen for Asko, Finland in 1938. From the 'Eine' ('Breakfast') dining suite No.283. Finished in golden blonde birch veneer over softwood & beech framework. Two cupboards with shelf & three central drawers. The top drawer has a sliding/removable beechwood cutlery tray. Original finish with some tiny veneer repairs (see photos); minor marks & blemishes consistent with age.
