I love the form of this chest, the ornate bottom really sets it apart from the rest, it sit proud on four turned feet which are a gorgeous shape, all the drawers are beautifully constructed with dove tail joints displayed throughout, they run smoothly & have a clean & tidy interior, all but the second drawer down are complete with its original lock (no key), brass escutcheon & a large wooden knob.
