An awesome English antique pair of Georgian dessert or display plates, made in England late 18th early 19th century, unknown maker, beautiful artwork that's all hand done, a great antique pair in good order, a small loss of glaze spot on one plate, mild scratches, only visible under torchlight, the botanical artwork, probably done in London around 1810-1820, the coloured are still so bright even after 200 years, the outsides are relief moulded, & whoever made these plates it was their 407 pattern number, written on both in very neat & thinly written, very reminiscent of a new hall mark against the rim.
