We will email you with pick up info once your order is ready, & issue a full shipping refund once your order is picked up. MORE INFO: - Our signs are made with only the highest quality materials. We use a sturdy 1/2 Rough Cut, shiplap style plywood, & maple plywood - Backside & edges of sign are unfinished. A wire hanger is attached with staples to the backside of the sign. - Wording/Design is Laser cut 1/4 maple plywood. - Hand Painted with a high quality, exterior grade latex enamel paint, then sanded for a rustic/distressed look. Paint will NOT fade in the Sun. - Assembled using exterior grade wood glue & nails. - in order to keep our costs down, & to be environmentally conscious, we do not top coat this sign with a sealant.
