We collect most of these rugs from the homes where they were actually made for family use years ago. Those who made them & those who sell them are probably a few generations apart depending on the age of the rug. We either directly go to their homes when they let us know that they have some rugs to sell or they bring them to our retail/wholesale store in town. After we buy these rugs, we have them cleaned, repaired (if there is any need) & ready for use. Once you decide to buy a rug, we meticulously check & make sure that it is ready for use wherever you plan to put it. When taking pictures for our ETSY store, we make sure that they reflect a rug as it is, but we also know that different screens may have different resolutions & thus reflect colors differently. For this reason, before you decide on a rug, we recommend that you look at the pictures of a rug on different screens (at least your desktop/laptop & mobile phone) for color. PAYMENT: We use ETSY's secure payment option. So, you certainly do not need to worry about any issues regarding the means you use to pay for your purchase. SHIPMENT: We ship for FREE all over the world with fast courier services such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT. We ship within 1-3 days after you make your purchase & it usually takes not more than 5 days to deliver. RETURN: It is absolutely hassle-free & you can always return a rug within the first 14 days after delivery. You get a full refund but pay the cost of shipping back with one of these fast courier services. You should know that every original piece has a story behind it because they were used to be mostly made by young girls/ladies of Anatolia who would use their traditional artistic skills to express their feelings & emotions through the rugs they made. We will always be happy to give more information about specific items. This may include additional explanations about the quality, traditional symbolism, sending more pictures, or more.
