Pair of 80's Solid Oak French Bedside Cupboards Table. Really top notch quality. 100% solid oak. They were made in France. I have sanded the tops as the finish was very warm & applied four coats of Danish oil. I have watched a single coat of Danish oil over the rest of the cupboards just to give them a fresh look. The drawers run well & clean as is the interior of the cupboard. The shelves can be removed easily if you want the full height of the interior. The bun feet all screw in & are held in place by metal plates as the cupboard is very heavy. Originally each door would have had a key which would have doubled up as the knob. One unfortunately is missing. They can obviously be operated manually by pulling on the edges or of course purchase a wooden knob. They would benefit from some cabinet catches to the interior as essentially the keys kept the doors permanently shut & the one without the key has nothing to hold it shut. These are superb quality & beautifully made & in very good condition. Height 65 cm Width 50 cm Depth 38 cm Delivery by proper furniture courier will take 1-2 weeks.
