Hello there & welcome to our store... we've been waiting for you! This is our made to order Dads taxi design 11oz brilliant white mug. We use only top quality double coated pure brilliant white sublimation mugs to ensure a high quality flawless finish every time. Each design is made using only high quality sublimation inks for crisp & high contrast colours & unlike some other methods that just print the design on the surface, our sublimation mugs have the design heat sealed into the mug itself & as a result the mug will not fade or scratch & makes all our mugs both dishwasher & microwave proof although we do recommend you wash by hand if possible. All of our designs can be personalised as well for no extra cost, so if you want to add a name, message or text then just let us know when ordering & we will send you a mock image of what your mug will look like for your approval before your order is made. As stated we have a turn around time of up to 3 days from time of order to dispatch but we aim to get all orders out next day if possible. We do ask that you allow an extra 1-2 days if you have requested to have the item personalised due to the extra work required in the making of the mug, although generally this is not needed. Every care is taken when posting our mugs & they are all sent in specially designed polystyrene mug packing boxes & labelled fragile with 3 wraps of red fragile packing tape. in the event your mug is damaged on arrival, please, message us first before opening returns cases. simply send a message & include a picture of the damaged item & we will be happy to send you out a replacement or offer a full refund, whichever you would prefer.
