A luxury standing tree shape wooden cat decoration made from FSC certified sustainable black walnut wood. Made from our small family business in Lancashire :) Choose either the cut out version - or the version with the 3D maple wood addition. Both come with luxury eco-friendly jute ribbon & jingle bell & TilleyTree wooden stand. We do so many different pet decorations - please see the store for more. Please type your pet's name as well as their breed. By default, we will use 'Happy Christmas' & 2022 - but just let us know if you'd like a different year or to remove the year. We will copy & paste your pet's name EXACTLY as you type it - so if you want Billy's First Christmas with an apostrophe, please include it. We accommodate all animals & pets. We can mix & match silhouettes, shorten legs, change ears etc. for free of charge or you can send us a silhouette image to use - Please note there may be extra time needed to complete your request & may not be able to during busy times. Depending on time restrictions, we may be able to offer a hand-drawn service for an additional 5. The decoration measures 80mm (W) x 120mm (H) x 4mm/8mm (D) (Please note, the size may vary slightly due to detail & finishes) O R D E R P R O C E S S I N G Orders typically take 3-5 working days to design, create & pack after the date of ordering from our home studio. If you use the 'Rush' service at the checkout, we will put your order ahead of all other orders & aim to process & deliver in 1-3 working days. Your spelling & grammar is your responsibility, please double-check before ordering as we engrave/print your exact message (personalised items only). We will send a free proof image upon request - please allow extra time for order processing if you require a proof or photographs. You must message us (not leave a note to seller) to use either of these services. P O S T A G E & P A C K A G I N G in a hurry? We have a 'Rush' service available (UK only). This puts your item ahead of all other orders & is sent as either Tracked 24 or untracked, depending on which you choose. We aim to get this to you in 3 working days but cannot be held responsible if there are delays with Royal Mail. Tracked 24 delivers on weekends. Tracking is only provided when you select the tracked services. Please keep in mind it still takes us time to make your order, postage time is additional to the processing time. We are an Eco-friendly company & send items in eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. P O L I C I E S & I N F O R M A T I O N ISSUES: If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch - we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. RETURNS: If the item is personalised, we do not accept returns. If it is non-personalised, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving, in it's unopened, original packaging. We do not cover the return postage fees. DELAYS: A full refund or replacement will be granted only if an item is more than 10 working days
