Personalised Wooden Christmas Tree Decorations - or to be used as Place Names to complete your festive dinner table! Please get in touch if you'd like to swap the font or if you'd like to see the names before ordering. This is a script font so look carefully at the examples before ordering. We offer alternative styles & fonts in our store. From hand-drawn illustrations, these scandi style Christmas Trees will be the perfect way to decorate your Christmas place settings this year. Made from 4mm sustainable real black walnut veneered wood, standing at 9cm tall & 6cm wide (also includes a stand), they are lovingly made & hand-finished in our family garden studio in Morecambe, UK. To order, add all names with commas between & select the quantity you need at the checkout - please check the amount of names provided matches the quantity chosen. If it doesn't match up, we will try & contact you however during busy times if this is not possible, we will send the quantity purchased. O R D E R P R O C E S S I N G Orders typically take 3-5 working days to design, create & pack after the date of ordering from our home studio. If you use the 'Rush' service at the checkout, we will put your order ahead of all other orders & aim to process & deliver in 1-3 working days. Your spelling & grammar is your responsibility, please double-check before ordering as we engrave/print your exact message (personalised items only). We will send a free proof image upon request - please allow extra time for order processing if you require a proof or photographs. You must message us (not leave a note to seller) to use either of these services. P O S T A G E & P A C K A G I N G in a hurry? We have a 'Rush' service available (UK only). This puts your item ahead of all other orders & is sent as either Tracked 24 or untracked, depending on which you choose. We aim to get this to you in 3 working days but cannot be held responsible if there are delays with Royal Mail. Tracked 24 delivers on weekends. Tracking is only provided when you select the tracked services. Please keep in mind it still takes us time to make your order, postage time is additional to the processing time. We are an Eco-friendly company & send items in eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. P O L I C I E S & I N F O R M A T I O N ISSUES: If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch - we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. RETURNS: If the item is personalised, we do not accept returns. If it is non-personalised, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving, in it's unopened, original packaging. We do not cover the return postage fees. DELAYS: A full refund or replacement will be granted only if an item is more than 10 working days late (UK) as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, which are outside of our control.
