Mug can be personalised with a name, a unique message, memorable date or a picture/photo of your choice, to make it the perfect gift for you or someone special, for any occasion. HOW IT'S MADE The design is printed with sublimation which embeds the ink into the mug. This means it will last hundreds of washes & will never peel or fade. SHIPPING TIME Production time is usualLy 1-5 working days that depends from the complexity of the project & workload (certain times of the year are more busy than the others). We are aiming to ship the mug within 1-5 days from order date. Priority processing & shipping is available on request & we aim to shorten that do 1-3 days. We have standard patterns ready for immediate dispatch (without personalisation) & those are shipped on next working day.
