All of our products are manufactured in-house using only the highest quality inks & materials ensuring a flawless finished product that you will not be disappointed with. HOW TO PERSONALISE YOUR COASTERS After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation message from eBay that will contain an email address where you can send your photo(s). Please also include any text that you may wish to be included in your design. Photos can also be sent via the eBay messaging service. We will contact you the if there are any issues with your image(s). Please also note that your image may need to be cropped to make it square. If there are any specific section you wish to keep please mention this in your message. IMAGE QUALITY Generally speaking the better the image the better the print. We would expect a quality photo to be at least 300dpi & over 2mb in size. If you would like us check over the image before your coaster is printed please request this when sending your image. However, if not your artwork will be printed as received. Common Questions - Q. How long will it take to print & deliver my order? A. Providing your order is placed & suitable artwork has been received we aim to have your order dispatched within 24 hours. All orders qualify for FREE delivery via 2nd class Royal Mail which takes between 2 - 3 days. If you require your order sooner we also offer 1st class delivery which is usually the next working day which is normally 24 hours from the time of dispatch. Q. Can I return my order? A. As your order will be custom made we would not be able to accept a return unless the coaster is faulty.
