An outstanding antique Battenberg lace tablecloth which has been entirely made by hand . Each corner has a large flower head , blooming from a stem which has leaves on either side. The workmanship is exquisite & it is in remarkably good antique condition with one age mark at the tip of a leaf . It is made with cream tape & embroidery & was a true labour of love. It must have taken weeks of patient work to complete. It is square in shape & would make a wonderful centre piece over a darker tablecloth.
