This lovely tall Teak unit features an open cabinet at the bottom with teak doors opening from the center outwardly. Above this are three teak open shelves which can be adjusted. These sit behind sliding glass doors. There is a lamp in the top section but this wold need to be rewired. This section overhangs the main section, giving it extra interest. Turnidge of London Ltd had been established for over fifty years by the time they produced there popular teak pieces. Unlike the other big makers the did not specialize in bedroom or dining sets. Rather in the cabinets we now see. There catalog boasts, ' being a family business have retained & improved the traditional skills & crafts that ensures that the furniture which leaves our factory gives its owner as much pride & pleasure as it has given us to produce .
