That means you don't have to worry about ectoplasm ruining your tables & coasters. This set of 6 coasters will be sure to delight every person who visits your home, living or dead! PRODUCT NOTES Because these coasters are made from travertine tile, there may be some residual dust. I do clean them before creating the coasters, but sometimes some dust will accumulate during shipping. The tops of the coasters will have the design while the bottoms will have the original tile surface with furniture pads to protect your surfaces. RETURN POLICY THE FOLLOWING IS THE ONLY RETURN POLICY FOR COASTERS. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact me FIRST & WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR MERCHANDISE. I will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your order. If an arrangement cannot be worked out, I will be happy to refund your money including the cost you paid for shipping. Once you provide me with a TRACKING NUMBER & a copy of the postal receipt as proof that the merchandise is being returned, I will issue the refund.
