a lovely neutral-tone vase in the style of mid-century West German Pottery. This vase is made in pale clay which has a cream glaze. The vase has a circular base which rises up into wider body. The main body of the vase has rings of concentric rings or ribs travelling up the height of the bath. The vase narrows at the neck before widening out into a flared rim. covered in a cream oatmeal glaze there are some rings which have been picked out in a warm mid-tone brown. the base of the vase has a moulded mark staying BWL50 the vase stands at mm & is mm in diameter. It is in very good vintage condition. As with many vintage ceramics it may no longer be water tight. I haven't attempted to discover this either way. Vintage Pottery Vase. Ribbed Vase Marked Bwl 50.
