There are several options to choose from including printing the artwork on both sides, adding a custom message to the back of the pillow or changing the color of the back. Read below under PILLOW BACK OPTIONS & check out the product photos to learn more. How to contact you with questions? Let us know the best way to contact you with questions. Include you cell# if you would like us to text you or email if that works better than an Etsy Convo (Etsy message). We don't make or take phone calls. Double check your spelling! We don't send out proofs unless they are requested, & will print things exactly as they are written in the personalizations, so make sure names, dates, etc. are correct. Double check your shipping address We work with an offsite production partner who prints & sews our pillows. Once an item goes into production our production partner will not allow us to change the shipping address, so PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT when you place your order. If an order goes into production with the wrong shipping address it will be sent to the address on the order & then hopefully returned to our address. At that point the customer will need to pay the cost of shipping so that we can send it to the correct address. Thank you for understanding.
