This is a vintage 1990s blown-glass, royal-crown, Christmas-tree ornament. I do not know the maker, but the gold-tone cap has a star on it if that helps you identify the brand. This is a vibrant, multi-color crown with plenty of metallic & glitter to give it sparkle & pizazz. It is a large ornament measuring approximately 4 inches wide by 4 inches tall. It is in great condition & sure to look fantabulous on any Christmas tree. I used to have a special, tabletop tree just decorated with handblown, royal crowns & this was one of my collectibles. As I photograph this crown ornament I see a seam on the bottom & am wondering is this actually handblown? I do not know, perhaps not. Anyway in any event, it is a lovely ornament.
