The beauty of these coasters are that they are natural wooden items & every piece is completely unique with grain patterning & colouring. Laser engraving works by vaporising the surface of the material & therefore can produce some scorch marks. We ensure each product is cleaned by hand of any scorch marks before it is despatched, so that you can be sure the product you receive is of the highest quality. Our processing time is 3-5 days which does not include shipping time so please don't delay in ordering if you have a specific date you require them for.
