This pumpkin felted wool bowl was made with a bright yellow wool yarn. I used oatmeal felt for the little pumpkin. This little bowl would make an understated yet festive decoration for autumn. You can leave it at your desk & fill it with chocolates, or leave it by your sink or nightstand so it can hold your rings & earrings. Or you could use it as a home for an air plant. I made this bowl by first knitting, then wet-felting wool yarn. I used eco fi felt, which is made from recycled plastic bottles, as the pumpkin shape, & I used cotton embroidery floss to applique the pumpkin on the bowl & add the vine & stem accents.
