BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE FRENCH DECORATIVE PILLOW ~ Pillow No 1, it's matching partner is listed separately. So very gorgeous, I really do love these pillows, so full of that faded grandeur & charm. This is a antique vintage pillow made using antique textiles. I love the colour combinations used, with the central embroidered wool needlework panel of floral garlands & swirls with a bouquet of flowers & arrows & torches. This beautiful panel is bordered with a soft raspberry velvet & trimmed with a co ordinated trim. The cushion is backed with gold velvet & trimmed with a gold rope braid. The cushion has had a previous life & as you can see it is so full of that old charm. Perfect for your boudoir or living room on a favourite chair or bed & mixing with antique faded florals & chateau lace. ~ SIZE 22.5 x 15 inch approx ~ The condition is very good, clean & strong. Does have two areas of a few missing stitches on the needlework embroidery, nothing terrible & doesn't detract from how beautiful it is.
