This is completely out of my control & the majority of orders are not affected by this. Also, any taxes & customs charges occurred when shipping abroad are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. On rare occasions, there is no card left to say that a delivery has been attempted so please keep an eye on your estimated delivery date on your order invoice / confirmation. This is so that you are aware of roughly when your order should arrive. If your order does not arrive around this time then please get in touch with us to further investigate. Unfortunately, we cannot claim back the initial postage cost if the package is returned to us after 18 days of being held, so any re-delivery costs would have to be paid for by the buyer in order for us to send the package out again.
