Create Your Design Once you've placed your order, please send us your photo to be sketched & wording. We'll then create your sketch & send you a preview of your design for approval before print. You're welcome to make all the changes you need to the wording until they're perfect. Changes to the drawing itself my incur an additional charge. Finishing Choices We present you with three excellent choices: Framed Sketch - Your sketch will be expertly printed & elegantly framed in an 8x10 frame. Card Print - You'll receive a high-quality printed rendition of your sketch, without the frame. Digital Design - We'll provide you with a digital file of your sketch, allowing you the flexibility to use or print it as you prefer. Size Regardless of whether you opt for a printed, framed, or digital-only file, our default size for your design is 8x10. Please note that for the framed option, 8x10 is the sole available frame size, & it cannot be modified. However, if you prefer a different size for the print or digital file, kindly specify your preferred dimensions when placing your order, & we will accommodate your request. Our Card We will print your sketch on a luxurious 350gsm off-white textured stock. Please check carefully to ensure all the details are accurate - this includes spelling, punctuation, dates, colours & the layout. Proofing is your responsibility, so the design that is confirmed by you will be the design that is printed. If there is a printing error with the approved proof, we can't unfortunately offer you a refund, return or free reprint. If you do have any issues, we'll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue as effectively & efficiently as possible. Production Process Once you've approved your design, we'll print & dispatch within one working day. For the same day dispatch we ask that you purchase by 10am (GMT).
