This listing is for name personalization only. These mugs are made up of premium porcelain. Porcelain mugs are lead & cadmium free. They are made of insulation material. If you do not provide ALL personalization information such as font # & the correct spelling of the names, Tanisha's Tumblers will make 1 attempt to contact you via email & Etsy messages each. After those attempts, your order will be delayed in processing by 2 business days to give you time to respond. Delayed processing means delayed delivery so please include ALL personalization information in the personalization box when you checkout CARE INSTRUCTIONS: HAND WASH ONLY. Do not microwave or place in the dishwasher. Clean the inside of the tumbler with hot soapy water regularly when in use. SHIPPING & PROCESSING: Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Standard shipping is provided at 4-6 business days. A tracking number will be sent once I drop your package off at my local post office. Your shipment & details regarding your estimated shipping date can be viewed on your Purchases page. USPS does experience rerouting & delays occasionally.
