SHIPPING INFORMATION For Christmas related items, it is strongly encouraged to order at least 3-4 weeks before you would like the item during the holiday season. Shipping delays are common during the holiday season, outside of the holiday season delays are less common. DESCRIPTION This listing is for a wood German Shepherd ornament. This is personalized with the name, the font will be the same as shown in the picture example. Please note, longer names will have smaller letters & shorter names may not reach across the entire ornament (letters will be larger, & it will be centered on the ornament & may not touch the sides as shown in the picture). The ornament is engraved with wild flower images in the background & stained American Walnut (brownish color), & the outline & name are painted white. There is a jute twine string attached to the top, & the ornament is ready to go on the tree or as a decoration in the house! SIZE/MATERIAL INFORMATION This product is made out of 1/8 inch Baltic birch wood & the name & outline are cut out of acrylic 1/8 inch thick (total of 1/4 inch thick when complete). Everything is laser cut. The size of the ornament is 4.9 inches wide x 3.75 inches tall. PERSONALIZATION This product is personalized. Please double check the spelling before ordering. If you notice an error after placing the order, please notify me within one hour of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, there is nothing I can do to fix a spelling error (unless the error is my mistake - in this case, the product will be replaced). SHIPPING INFORMATION Custom ornaments are mailed out within 3-5 business days. Each ornament is mailed inside cellophane packaging. All orders are mailed through USPS. Please note that holidays & weekends do not count as business days. USPS is notorious for taking an extra long time for shipping during the holiday season - it can take anywhere from a couple days to several weeks to arrive - it all just depends on how timely USPS is for processing packages.
