- Piece may be slightly different from photo due to the fact it is handmade - Unique handmade, handbuilt & hand carved ceramic mug made in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Each piece is handcrafted by me & is therefore one of a kind. This mug is perfect for coffee, tea & cappuccinos. Every item is carefully handcrafted in a process that takes approximately 3 weeks. After it has been built from clay, it dries for two weeks before firing to 1040C. Once it is out of the kiln I proceed to glaze the pieces. Once fully dried it goes back into the kiln to fire to 1220C. The gold lustre pieces are fired a third time to 700C degrees for a beautiful gold touch. Afterwards all pieces are inspected to make sure they are safe to use & good to go. Sizing Diameter: 8 cm Height: 8.5 cm Volume: 300 ml. Materials It is made from brown stoneware clay, fired to 1220C in order to enjoy your piece the longest hand wash is recommended. Wash before first time use. Listing is for 1 piece only.
