This fabulous set of 2 handmade fused glass coasters feature a glossy Cobalt Blue art glass, made even more fabulous with the help of a silver sparkly glass accent. Each hand crafted coaster measures approx 9 x 9 cm (3.5 x 3.5 in) & has polyurethane bumpers beneath to protect surfaces. The little square accents are made from wonderful dichroic glass, which is just the most fabulous glass because of its dazzling multi-coloured, reflective properties. A little goes a long way. Please note that the photos do not do justice to the sparkly nature of the glass. They are sure to be a talking point in your home & would make an unusual gift for just about anyone. These coasters were created by hand in my home glass studio using only fully tested compatible best quality glass. Each one was made by fusing two layers of glass, which is then fired & properly annealed to ensure durability & strength in my kiln. These unique & wonderful contemporary coasters are ideal for hot or cold drinks. Because of the nature of glass, each coaster is a tiny work of art, & no two will be exactly the same.
