I made this vase with clear glass & did a mercury glass technique to give it a gorgeous mirrored, mercury finish which is more of a pale gold than silver. The mercury finish accentuates the simplicity & elegance of this classic Roman-shaped vase. This vase measures approximately 6.25 inches high, 3.5 inches around at the widest point, & weighs ~10 ounces. The opening measures approximately 1.5 inches. It sits on top of a small, clear glass pedestal. This vase has some tiny air bubbles which are common with hand-blown glass. The glass is NOT food-safe & should not be used to hold any liquids. And, the mercury glass finish can chip off with liquids & heavy wear or handling.
