Stag Chest of Drawers Mid Century STAG C Range by John & Sylvia Reid for Stag Furniture, England. This vintage 1950's chest of drawers comes in a light oak veneer on a solid beech frame, standing squarely on rounded tapered legs. Three deep drawers featuring recessed handles offer the perfect solution for a compact space. British design duo John & Sylvia Reid designed the the Cumberland or C range in 1953, their first furniture line for Stag. The C Range proved a great success at the time & has become an iconic piece of post-war British furniture design. An impressive addition to any mid century or contemporary interior. Measurements: H 72 , W 75 cm, D 46 cm Condition: This example is good clean condition, having been cleaned & oiled.
