Beautifully hand-fabricated & finished rectangle shaped frame provides the perfect combination of quality & practicality with an industrial edge to any home or office. Featuring high strength properties, frame can hold not only wooden but stone & concrete table tops with ease. With our in-house powder coating facility, all legs & frames can be finished in wide variety of colours to the highest standard. Made from quality 50x50 ERW steel box section. Standard table height frame is 720mm. The supporting frame & bottom bar have been designed to stop any wobble. Designed for for XL tables, frame size up to 3m long & 1.2m wide. The top section of the frame will arrive with slots for fixing into a table top. The top support section & lower bar is fixed into place with 2 bolts on each end, we use captive nuts welded in the legs so no fixings are shown on the outside faces of the frame. 8 bolts & suitable amount of coach screws supplied with the frame. Frame is suitable for wooden tops, we can make them for stone or concrete tops - we would need to make from larger sized box section 80x80mm / 80x40mm for stability - please inquire for pricing. MATERIAL Our frames are made from ERW steel box which is so called because of the electronic resistance welding method employed in its manufacture, which uses a combination of heat & pressure resulting in a very consistent & strong forged weld seam. However it is employed, mild steel square ERW box offers a terrific level of performance & reliability, & it is also favoured as a very ‘green’ option as it is widely recycled. Mild steel square box benefits from the strength & low weight of this structure. FINISHES CLEAR FINISH - legs are degreased & then powder coated in clear gloss or clear matt to give a hard wearing coating, protecting from rust & enhancing the industrial steel finish. POWDER COATING STANDARD COLOURS - welds are ground off & sanded back to a smooth finish, next they are degreased & then powder coated in a stock colour to give a high quality hard wearing coating, protecting from rust. Standard in stock colours are: Matt Black (RAL9005) Satin Black (RAL9005) Gloss Black (RAL9005) Satin White (RAL9003) Matt Anthracite Grey (RAL7016) POWDER COATING NON STOCK COLOURS - welds are ground off & sanded back to a smooth finish, next they are degreased & powder coated in a non-stock colour to give a high quality hard wearing coating, protecting from rust.
