Framed options include Beige or Brown Frame (polystyrene covered). Quilling is a careful & meticulous art. Each hand cut paper strip is shaped & tweezer-placed to build a 3D artwork with rich colours that shift & change with each new perspective. Personal & Unique, Quillings make wonderful Paper Anniversary Gifts, Housewarming gifts, Mother's Day Gifts, Birthday Gifts, Christmas gifts, or Just Because :-) Item details - The Paper: I use premium core dyed cards & papers for my hand cut paper strips. The rest is glue & pure determination :-) - The Backing: The backings are Mount Board, not card stock, making your piece resilient to buckling & warping. - The Frame: Due to the sturdy Mount Board backing, framing is optional but recommended. - The Maintenance: Quillings look delicate, but rest assured this piece will remain fresh & vibrant for decades. Please avoid placement near moisture & direct sunlight. - The Making: Handcrafted on demand in my home studio in Cork, Ireland. If you prefer another size, colour scheme, etc, please contact me & we can collaborate :-) - The Packaging: I wrap each Quilling in bubble wrap & tissue paper & place into a sturdy box to ensure it arrives both safely & beautifully. - The Nitty Gritty: Colours may vary due to monitor settings.
