A beautifully personalised Christmas decoration for those who are spending their first Christmas in their new home. This hanging decoration would make the perfect Christmas gift for someone who is celebrating their first Christmas in their new home & would make a lovely keepsake. Designed in the shape of a house, the bauble features a Christmas tree in front of the house with the year '2023' on it & is engraved with the words '1st Christmas at' in the roof & is personalised with the street or house name underneath. The bauble can also be personalised with the house number next to the door. If there is no house number, this will be removed. It is threaded with red satin ribbon for hanging. Dimensions: Approximately 9.5cm tall & 8cm wide at its widest. The design is engraved on (not just printed on or stuck on) so will not fade or peel. Made from 4mm oak veneer. As the sign is made from a natural product, there may be variations in the wood grain & natural imperfections beyond our control. The wood is not sealed or varnished so should be kept dry. Personalisation: Please let us know the house / street name that you would like engraving underneath '1st Christmas at'. Please also let us know the house number if you wish to add one. We will engrave exactly what you type so please double check your personalisation. Depending on the length of the personalisation required, we may need to alter the font size to fit & so the design may vary slightly from that pictured. All items are made in house to order.
