SIZES This print is available in A4 or A3 size only. Larger sizes available directly on our website aswel as Framed Options. Due to the shipping complexities we can only offer the framed options on purchased made on our website. https://www.beeyoutifulgifts.co.uk/splashio POSTAGE & DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK - If you choose a framed print, there will be additional postal charges we will need to add before we can ship these orders, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can ensure we quote accordingly. Ordering more than One frame print we can get better rates & pass the saving onto you. Please note that we post worldwide but delivery is free to the UK. All prints are delivered flat, cased in a cellophane bag for protection within a hard backed envelope in the following sizes, A4. Print size A3 are all rolled & sent in sturdy postal tubes to ensure they are protected during delivery. All sizes are printed on heavyweight gloss paper. I aim to post within 1-2 working days by 2nd class Royal Mail optional to upgrade at checkout. We are not accountable for the Royal Mail delivery times, especially in the current climate. Please consider when you require the print & the potential longer delivery times when you order. Please be aware that in some areas Royal Mail are taking up to two weeks to deliver items. PRINTING We aim to fill as much of the paper as possible with the picture when printing. We use a professional photo printer with HD dye inks which are aimed to last at least 100 years behind glass. Please be aware that actual colours may vary ever so slightly. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours & that everyone sees these colours differently. We are also printing on different textures & papers (dependent upon the size you order) which affects the colour & absorption of the ink differently. PERSONALISATION If you would like any personalisation please message us first as we need to ensure it's possible to make the changes / additions you require no additional costs involved for this. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS in the unlikely event that your item/s does not arrive we will aim to issue a refund or replacement as soon as possible. in the event we are refunding an item, we will do so 10 working days after the date it was posted.
