PRODUCTION TIME ON THIS ITEM IS CURRENTLY 1-3 WEEKS Custom tumblers are double walled, vacuum sealed, stainless steel tumblers with a lid that will fit a straw. BRUMATEs will fit any slim beer. Since we do work with custom orders there are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS unless there is a terrible mistake on my part in which case, I will request the tumbler returned to me for inspection & will either fix it or replace it. If you are needing to cancel your order, it MUST BE COMPLETED SAME DAY as the initial order was placed or it will not be honored. NO ExCEPTIONS!!
