A: You can add multiple dogs to your print. If your request is for more than three please send me a message for a custom design. I have made many custom prints with multiple dogs. No extra charge for custom adaptions. Q: I can't see a dog that looks like mine. Can I change the colour of a dog or add markings? A: Absolutely! I will do my best to create your dog as close as I can. Photographs are a splendid help to give me a base to work from. Q: I cannot see the hairstyle that suits my person. Do you have any other hairstyles? A: Absolutely! I am collecting new hairstyles all the time but do not have the space within the listing photographs to add them all. Don't be shy just ask. Send me a photograph if you can. Q: How do I access a print myself order ? A: Your print will emailed to the address used to access Etsy. This will be in a PDF format. (other formats can be requested if this is preferred) This will be sent from the private email address skipandtitch@outlook.com These emails sometimes go straight to your spam folder. Please check here if it does not appear. You will receive a confirmation when I have sent your print so you will know when to check. Q: Can I have a preview of my order before it is sent out? A: Absolutely! I can send over a preview if you would like to see one before it is sent out. Just pop your request in the personalisation box or pop me a message. Q: Can I have my order quicker ? A: Yes & no. I always strive to start working on orders on the same day or next day they are received. So generally they are dispatched before the expected time. However for custom orders these may take a little longer. I have a 1-2 day processing time to avoid disappointment.
