Free delivery: Royal Mail 2nd class standard parcels. Basic tracking, 2-4 day typical delivery times, but can be up to 10 working days. Express delivery: Royal Mail 1st class standard parcels. basic tracking, 1-3 day typical delivery times, but can be longer. 1 Day delivery: Royal Mail Special Delivery. Full tracking, guaranteed next day delivery. Important delivery information: Please allow up to 10 working days for standard deliveries. If Royal Mail fail to deliver your mug within 10 working days, I will refund your order or send another mug to you. Undeliverable parcels: If Royal Mail return a mug to me (because the given address was incorrect, or the mug was not picked up from your local sorting office), then you will need to pay an additional 3 postage for me to send the mug again. RETURNS INFO... We pride ourselves on our customer service, & we maintain a no-quibble 180 day refund or return guarantee on all our mugs. If your mug arrives damaged, please tell us immediately so we can send you a replacement straight away, or offer you a refund. If there is a defect with your mug, or it is not as described in any way, it can be returned to us for a full refund - including your return postage costs. If you're simply unhappy with your mug for any other reason, you can still return your mug within 7 days, but you will have to pay for the return postage & a small restocking fee for personalised mugs.
