Free delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48, Full tracking, 2-4 day typical delivery times, but can be up to 10 working days. Express delivery: Priority Dispatch, Royal Mail Tracked 24, Full tracking, 1-2 day typical delivery times, but can be longer. Important delivery information: Please allow up to 10 working days for standard deliveries. If Royal Mail fail to deliver your mug within 10 working days, I will refund your order or send another mug to you. Undeliverable parcels: If Royal Mail return a mug to me (because the given address was incorrect, or the mug was not picked up from your local sorting office), then you will need to pay an additional 3 postage for me to send the mug again. RETURNS INFO... We pride ourselves on our customer service, & we maintain a no-quibble 30 day refund or return guarantee on all our mugs. If your mug arrives damaged or not as described, please tell us immediately so we can send you a replacement or a refund straight away.
