Our mugs have a high gloss finish adding to their quality look. The image is printed onto both sides of the mug. PERSONALISATION Please add the name & date required into the box provided. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS The mugs are dishwasher safe & tested by ourselves although we recommend hand washing to help prolong the life of the print. TURNAROUND TIME All items are made to order & shipped from the UK The turnaround time for each item is detailed within the listing.
