As these products are handmade in the Philippines it takes a little longer to ship to the UK & all items are made with love & care to ensure you get the best product & quality. To protect our planet just a little we reuse packaging which we cut down to your order size. Our simple way of recycling much of which is already recycled previously. HOSPITAL KITS What is a Hospital Kit? Our items are hand made & with shells etc it is inevitable that there may be the occasional lost or broken shell. So within a collection we often put some extra pieces for your own repair, & even a small pouch of suitable glue, although normally any wood glue will do. This does not apply to all our items.
