Celadon green, 12 ounce teacup or coffee cup with hand-carved anti-possession symbol & Charlie Bradbury's signature phrase, Peace Out! You can be assured of demon-free coffee, too! You'll reach for this cup every time you carve out a quiet, post-hunt, moment. Hand-thrown on my pottery wheel with a hand-pulled handle (say that ten times, fast!) & then the body & foot is trimmed & the anti-possession symbol is hand-carved into the leather-hard clay. Once it's bone-dry, I fire it the first time & then wait for the kiln to cool (Roughly a 24-hour process!) before removing it & applying clear glaze to it. Then it gets fired to around 2232o F so glaze becomes smooth & the clay vitrifies. As far as I know, mine is the only shop where you can get ceramic SPN-inspired cups, mugs & tankards which are handmade by a professional potter, start to finish! I always use lead-free glazes, & these are always microwave & dishwasher safe, although I personally prefer to wash them by hand to avoid the normal degradation any dish would suffer in the dishwasher.
