(for the recipient) Order process- 1-Pre-Ordering: Select 1 to 3 high-quality photos with the figures you wish to use & send them to me through Etsy Conversation. I will recommend the best one for a Shado based on my experience. Please specify if you wish to have a custom size & I will quote you a price accordingly. 2-Ordering: Contact me, let me know who purchased your gift & send the photos. 3-SHADOing: Within 10-14 days, I shall illustrate the photo & send you a demo based on your selected photo, showing the dimensions, for your review & comments. Amendments & fine tuning of the 2D demo is part of making our project together perfect. A change of the selected photo after this phase will be subjected to an extra charge. I will need your approval to finalize this phase & continue to production. in case there will be no response within a week, I will continue to process the piece on my own discretion. 4-Production: Your Shado will be prepared & sent to production. 5-Shipping & Delivery: All items are shipped via Express Mail (door to door). As this is a custom, handmade art, turnaround time is typically 5-6 weeks. Please look in the Shipping & Policies tab above for full shipping & delivery details. Note that due to a dispute over IP in the UK, currently there will be no shipping to the UK solely. Hanging Option While preparing the Shado I make holes that blend in the art, to leave the option for hanging or leaning against the wall. Together with the piece, you'll receive some hanging means & rubber spacers to be placed between the art & the wall, to let the light play.
