This quilted table runner celebrates the flowers & foliage of the Holiday season with poinsettias, holly, pine boughs & Christmas roses with the sparkle of gold metallic & would bring a splash of traditional Christmas to any table. SIZE: measures approx: 42.5 (108cm) x 14.5 (37cm). FRONT: The central panel is made with a selection of strips from a 100% cotton fabric collection called Poinsettias & Pine Metallic by Moda Fabrics in rich traditional Christmas colours with a sprinkle of gold metallic. This is then framed by two narrow borders of olive green & then a wider outer border of cardinal red fabric. MIDDLE & BACKING: The finished pieced front is then sandwiched with Hobbs Heirloom Premium wadding in the middle & backed with cream cotton fabric. QUILTING: It is then straight-line machine quilted with coordinating quilting cotton thread. BINDING: The table runner is bound with cardinal red binding which is machine stitched both front & back for durability. If you do need to wash your runner or topper I would suggest either cool machine wash or hand wash, then dry flat to avoid too much shrinkage as all my runners & toppers are made from 100% cotton fabrics & threads. Table runners & toppers can be ironed (pressed) on cotton setting with gentle steam when required. This table runner is decorative & does not have any insulation fabric incorporated in the design so please be aware that this cannot be used to protect your table top from hot items.
