There is a coat of pale yellow underneath, also a light pink. It measures 19 inches in diameter. Wonderful for spring or all year. I make these to order, no two will be exactly alike. I have used fresh Maine pinecones. Each pinecone is wrapped double around a sturdy metal frame. Some pinecone wreaths on the market are hot glued or made very flimsy. I use thick high quality wire.
